* There may be situations outside of my control which may limit my ability to accommodate your Booking Request, even though my calendar indicates that I am available.

* If you are considering a Booking Request well into the future and an availability calendar has not yet been posted, please submit a Booking Request and I will respond in due course.

* I am unable to respond to relief requests which do not come in through the Booking Request system.
