We have known Owen for several years and have repeatedly used his excellent advice for travel consultations and injection services. He is now our go to guy! We travel frequently to international locations, and Owen has an excellent knowledge of what to expect, as well as keeping up to date with new requirements for immunizations around the world. He has gone above and beyond, for example in building custom medical kits for us to take overseas. He also provides a friendly and interactive relationship with his clients. In particular, our teenage daughter has a phobia about needles, but Owen has very effectively and professionally been able to ensure she feels safe and delivers the required injections. For myself, I usually don’t even realize he has already finished the shot! We highly recommend Owen for any travel immunizations and hope we can continue to have his excellent service for our future travels.

I have known Owen Moore, in a professional capacity, for over twenty years. He is an exceptional pharmacist that is a credit to his profession. What qualities and attributes have I noticed about Mr. Moore, that contribute to this evaluation? He has a strong commitment to patient safety; he works continually to improve pharmacy procedures to minimize pharmacy errors. When a mistake does happen, his honesty and integrity are a refreshing approach that facilitates trust and further collaboration. There is a willingness to make the extra effort on behalf of a patient; this commitment to serving patients is recognized and emulated by the other pharmacy team members. The most impressive of Mr. Moore’s talents is that he creates a caring pharmacy team; Mr. Moore understands team dynamics, and this allows him to facilitate comradery and cohesion of the pharmacy staff. Mr. Moore also has a great sense of humor; although he is serious about the quality of his (and others on his team) work, his ability to “have fun”, while at work, is infectious. My observation is that other pharmacy staff enjoy working with him (and for him), because he takes an interest in fellow staff, and encourages personal connection. When I have a pharmaceutical related question, I don’t hesitate to phone Mr. Moore to get his input and wisdom. I also refer patients to his pharmacy care, when this is an option.

I worked with Owen Moore for 17 years. He is by far one of the best pharmacists I have ever worked with in my 27 years in pharmacy. He is honest, a hard worker and pays attention to details. One of his best attributes is customer service. The customers absolutely love him, and they always ask for him. He always makes the customers feel that he has listened to their concerns and that he has done his best to help them. He also has a great sense of humor, and I’ve seen him get some of the grumpiest people to crack a smile. I guarantee that you will not regret having him as a relief pharmacist.
